Cloverhill Properties is a family owned business that specializes in buying, renovating and reselling
properties. We buy and sell throughout Middlesex and Worcester Counties. The properties we purchase
are mostly fixer uppers. With our vision and knowledge of what todays buyers are looking for we turn those
properties into beautiful modern and completely renovated homes for the new owners.
Our Buying process
Sellers are often times concerned with the costs associated with selling a home. Our intent is to purchase
your home in ‘as is’ condition, with no inspections or appraisals involved. This should be a very straight
forward transaction. We often pay cash for our properties which allows us to have very quick closings. We
like to work with the homeowner so we can close in 2 weeks or 2 months whichever works better for you.
